What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. They let a site remember who you are between pages and sessions — for example, keeping you signed in after you close the tab.
How We Use Cookies
FluencyCraft uses cookies to keep you signed in, remember interface preferences like light or dark mode, and, on Free and Pro plans, to serve advertising through Google Ads. The Max plan does not load any advertising cookies.
Types We Use
- Essential cookies — required for the app to work. These include your session and authentication cookies set by our auth provider (Better Auth). Without them, you can't stay signed in.
- Functional cookies — remember your preferences, such as theme and language settings, so the app feels consistent between visits.
- Advertising cookies (Free and Pro only) — Google Ads is the only advertising provider we use. On the Free and Pro plans, Google sets its own cookies to serve, measure, and occasionally personalize the ads shown inside the app. These cookies are controlled by Google and follow Google's ad cookie policies. You can adjust or opt out via your Google Ad Settings, or remove ads entirely by subscribing to the Max plan.
Managing Cookies
You can view, block, or delete cookies in your browser's settings. Note that blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in to FluencyCraft. Most browsers also let you browse in a private or incognito window that clears cookies when it closes.
Changes
As the product evolves, we may adjust how we use cookies. If the changes are material, we'll update this page and note the new "Last updated" date above.
