How do I cancel my subscription?

One click from your billing page. You keep all paid features until the end of your current billing period, then your account smoothly returns to the free plan with every list and word preserved.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. All subscription charges are subject to a 14-day refund policy. Email admin@fluencycraft.com within 14 calendar days of the charge and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Is my data safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We only collect what the app needs to work (your account, your lists, your practice history) and we don't sell your data. Free and Pro plans show ads delivered by Google Ads, which sets its own cookies to serve and measure those ads; the Max plan is fully ad-free. Payments are processed by Paddle so we never see your card details. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

What happens after I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Your paid features stay active until the end of the period you already paid for. After that, your account moves to the free plan — your lists and words are preserved exactly as they were. You can re-subscribe anytime to get unlimited practice back.

Can I switch plans mid-cycle?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated so you only pay the difference for the time remaining. Downgrades are scheduled for the end of your current period, so you keep the features you paid for until then.

Can I upgrade or downgrade later?

Anytime, from your billing page. Upgrading is instant; downgrading takes effect at the next billing period so you don't lose features you already paid for.

What are Crafts?

Crafts are small rewards you earn for practicing. You can spend them on hints and contextual dialogues during flashcard sessions — a nudge when you need help remembering a word.

What is Mix mode?

Mix mode combines meaning and pronunciation challenges in a single flashcard session, so you practice both at once instead of switching between sessions. Available on the Max plan.
